BOOK DAY 24: Last week, I shared that I would be revealing something very deep from my past. It is a confession from one of the most painful and humbling times in my life. As terrible as it was, it also forced me to face the generations of trauma and conditioning passed down to me through my lineage. The work of transformation facilitated my learning to take responsibility for my lineage and this is one of the powerful mentorships I now offer to others in a process that will be reflected in “In a Matter of Seconds”. Healing one lineage at a time, we transform the world. It is all a matter of consciousness. I believe in a world where trauma is optional. What do you believe?
