Hi Friends! This week’s video is about the Sacral Chakra, which is a powerful energetic center located at the center of your body at the level of the sacrum and lower abdomen.  It is closely related to the Divine Feminine that resides within both men and women.  The Sacral Chakra is also related to the Sacred Womb and thus, to our prebirth experience and, if you are a woman, to our menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause. The womb is a place where women can receive powerful intuition if time is dedicated to connect with it.

We come into this world through the Sacred Womb, so if that transition was traumatic in any way, that may affect the rest of our lives. It is important, to dedicate some time to heal these experiences. So I invite you, right now, to set a powerful intention so that when you use these Sacred Frequencies, you can heal and transform that memory in your body, mind, and whole being.
