Terms and Conditions

A great deal of staff time and expense is invested into the preparation and organization of individual classes.  It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a cancelled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this.

One Day Classes
Refunds, minus a $50 non-refundable deposit for single day classes  are given to registrants who cancel with at least 30 days notice prior to the event.  Cancellations made less than 30 days of the event forfeit a refund. However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen.  As such, for cancellations and transfer requests made with at least 14 days notice, we offer the courtesy of transferring your tuition to a different class within 12 months of the originally scheduled class minus a $20 administrative fee.

Reschedules and transfers may not be made with less than 14 days notice, and forfeit any refunds.

No shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before a class or private session forfeit a refund and cannot be rescheduled.  Short notice cancellations and no-shows do not give time enough to offer the place to someone on the waiting list, so the fees paid cannot be refunded or transferred.  Those fees have essentially reserved your seat to a limited seating event and cannot be recovered.

Multi-Day Classes
Refunds, minus a $75 non-refundable deposit, for two or three day classes and minus a $100 non-refundable deposit for four day classes are given to registrants who cancel with at least 30 days notice prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 30 days of the event forfeit a refund. However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen.  As such, for cancellations and transfer requests made with at least 14 days notice, we offer the courtesy of transferring your tuition to a different class within 12 months of the originally scheduled class minus a $40 administrative fee.

Long Term Classes and Retreats
Retreats and Programs taking place over the course of 5 days or more, unless otherwise noted, such as the Plant Medicine Certification course, Oneness Healing Apprenticeship, Ancient Metalsmith, Call of the Wild, Primitive Archer, etc., must be cancelled with a minimum 30 day notice or within 24 hours of registration to receive a transfer (minus a $40 administrative fee) or a refund minus a $200 non-refundable deposit.

Full program cancellations made with less than 30 days notice, forfeit a refund or transfer.  Full program cancellations made once the program has started, forfeit a refund or transfer. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. As such, we offer the courtesy of individual classes, within a long term program, to be rescheduled a maximum of one time to a different class within 12 months of the originally scheduled class minus a $20 admin fee for single day classes or $40 for multi-day classes.

Private Sessions and Classes

Private Sessions and classes are non-refundable however dates may be rescheduled without additional fees if made with at least 30 days notice.  Rescheduled dates made with less than 30 days notice may be made with a $20 administrative fee.  No-shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit a refund or transfer.

Physical Products

For physical products purchased from our store we can issue refunds if returned in their original form within 10 days of receipt, minus a 10% restock fee.  Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Items returned damaged or with signs of use will receive a partial or no refund at our discretion.

Digital Downloads and Digital Subscriptions/Memberships

 All digital download sales are final.  All Subscriptions and memberships are final.  Monthly subscirptions and memberships may be cancelled at any time to stop subsequent charges by emailing us using the following link: https://earthskypeople.org/contact/

Digital programs and memberships paid in full  are non-refundable as access to the paid content is immidiate.
